Hi, another distant relative here. I am the great-great-great granddaughter of Silpah Claypole and am loving your work and collection of photographs. I have bookmarked your site and will be spending a lot of time looking at it. Thanks for sharing!

I found Charles Armstrong in your tree, he is my 3rd great uncle. I'm trying to work out why Alice Craxford Armstrong had the 'craxford name'. Can you shed some light? Also there are some pictures of ships on your photographs bult by Armstrongs in the NE - is this a company associated with Charles?
Many thanks!
I am the granddaughter of George Richard Palethorpe, you mention my aunt Linda Jane but not my father David or his four other brothers.
I have only been doing my tree for the last month or so. My husband has been researching his family tree for over ten years and has over 12,000 names so far.
I haven't yet seen where we join the Craxfords but it is exciting to see my family on another persons tree.

Thank you for allowing access to all this information. I have made some amazing connections for my husband's family who are descendants of Benjamin Manooch and Hannah Sidders. Really excited about the photo of Hannah. We only had information back to their daughter Sarah so to find a lineage back to the 1600s is incredible.
Thank you

I have been doing the Thomas Arthur NOSWORTHY (b. 1850, London, UK) family genealogy for over 25 years. I think his father (Thomas (?)) was born in Exeter but have been unable to prove it to date. Any assistance would be appreciated...

I find this 'name history' fascinating. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Hi, I am researching my family tree and think I have found that I am related to John Haywood born 1816 in Golden Valley Derbyshire. He could be my great grandfathers father. The website is fascinating. Audrey

Displaying so much information is always a challenge and as a fellow TNG'er,I understand that problem! You have met that challenge utilising the clever idea of a structured magazine style which has been implemented very well indeed.

You deserve every award and accolade you have recieved so far but I am sure that more will follow!!
