I was brought to your site through a contact who had seen the article about Nellie Youle SWANN. What a sad tale, however her mother was Fannie BREWSTER who married John Henry SWANN in 1889. They had two children and then John died in 1893. There was a lodger called John YOULE and he was obviously the father of little Nellie.
Liz (nee Youle).

Every time I visit your site, I'm in awe of your design and work. I often bring your site on the screen when teaching family history classes telling them that 'this is how a great genealogy site should be built'.
So, for one more time ... Congratulations for the family history work and masterful site design that you have created and are sharing with the world.

I cannot believe I have found my grandfather in your family tree. He was Albert Lineker, son of James and Rosena Lineker of Leicester. He emigrated to Canada in 1906 and died in 1946. My mother was his youngest child, Edith. This is just unbelievable.

Brilliant site. My grandmother was Sarah Louisa Smith, whose mother was Sarah Craxford. Visited Gretton recently for the first time, considering I only live about 15 miles from the village!
