Your web site "The Extended Craxford Family Genealogy Magazine" has qualified for the Internet Beacon Merit Award. This is quite an extensive undertaking you have here, obviously a labor of love. I imagine this is quite valuable to members of your family, for whom you have done a great service. Well done.

I consider your site to be of extremely high quality, one of the best that I have seen. The problem is that a password was required in order to reach the private portions of the site. I completely understand why you are doing it, and it makes perfect sense to me...but under the current rules of the Internet Beacon Awards, requiring a password for any portion of the site is an automatic disqualification. Believe me when I say that it broke my heart to have to disqualify it. Under this circumstance, the Merit Award was the highest that I could grant.
