Birmingham Jan 28 1879 Dear Amy i now take the plesher in riting a few lines to you hoping to find you quite well. Dear Amy Mrs bartons sister is dead She was buried last Saturday and I am very sorry to tell yo that Mr Bloomer is dead he died last Sunday night he was only ill a fornight your aunt fanny is better She came to see us on Sunday teddy sends you a Kiss and he is quite well and the baby is a little better and we are all quite well that God for it and we hope you are the same So no more this time from your loving father & mother & brothers & sisters.
